Plans and pricing

Comxbot offers four tiers: Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Each tier includes increasing limits and features.

Free: 1 assistant, 100 conversations/month, 5 knowledge sources, community support. Perfect for evaluation and personal projects.

Starter: 3 assistants, 1,000 conversations/month, 25 knowledge sources, email support, basic analytics. For small teams getting started.

Pro: Unlimited assistants, 10,000 conversations/month, unlimited sources, priority support, full analytics, custom actions, eval suite. For growing businesses.

Enterprise: Custom limits, SLA guarantees, dedicated support, SSO, audit log export, custom integrations, on-premises option. Contact sales for pricing.

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required for Free tier.

Understanding usage limits

Conversations: Each unique chat session counts as one conversation. A conversation can have unlimited messages within it.

Knowledge sources: Each connected source (URL set, PDF, Drive folder, manual set) counts as one source regardless of how many pages or documents it contains.

Assistants: Each configured assistant counts toward your limit, whether published or in draft.

Overages: On Starter and Pro plans, you can continue using the platform after hitting limits. Overage charges apply at per-unit rates shown on the pricing page.

Reset: Conversation counts reset on your billing cycle date (monthly). Source and assistant limits are continuous.

Tip: Monitor usage in Settings > Usage to avoid unexpected overages. Set up email alerts at 80% of limits.

Invoices and payment

Billing is managed through Stripe. Navigate to Settings > Billing to view invoices, update payment methods, or change plans.

Payment methods: Credit card, debit card. Enterprise plans support invoice-based payment with NET-30 terms.

Invoices are generated on your billing cycle date and emailed to the workspace billing contact. Download PDF invoices from the billing page.

Proration: When upgrading mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Your workspace continues to function until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to Free tier limits.
