Fair Usage Policy

  • Characters per Chatbot: Starter – 3M, Pro – 5M, Unlimited – 10M.
  • Knowledge Base Storage: Starter – 500MB, Pro – 5GB, Unlimited – 25GB (extra available on request).
  • Unlimited chatbots is subject to fair use (typically up to 50 active bots per workspace). Higher needs → Enterprise.
  • Messages: Unlimited with BYOK. Customers are responsible for usage on their connected AI accounts.

We reserve the right to monitor usage and prevent abuse that could impact service quality for other customers.
